People Management Committee, The Bengal Chamber of Commerce and Industry organized a webinar on "Combat Covid 19 - Best Innovative HR Ideas Contest" on 11th July 2020, Saturday through Zoom Pro.

The objective of this webinar was to accumulate the best innovative HR ideas which are original, have business impact and are feasible at this hour for industry to battle in this Covid world. Therefore, a contest for soliciting the best HR ideas on how to overcome this state of stupor was organized. The ideas were graded and reviewed by the expert juries and awarded based on operability, feasibility as well as impact.

The Jury Board for the contest were Mr Rahul Bose, Global PDE Instructor Learning & Knowledge, IBM Global Business Services and Co-Chairperson, People Management Committee, BCC&I and Mr. Prakash Panda, Sr. Vice President-HR, India Power Corporation Ltd.

The webinar was moderated by Mr. Jaidip Chatterjee, Chief of Human Resource, Srei Group and Joint Chairperson, Events Group, People Management Committee, BCC&I.

10 best ideas were recognised under categories, namely: Large Corporate, Mid Corporate, Consulting. A special appreciation from The People Management Committee, BCC&I is also given to few corporates.
