The covid challenges have opened up a multiplicity of occupations and professions. It is a society of complex division of labor and requires people with specialized knowledge. The modern education fulfills the needs of industrial economy. Although there is no substitute of real time learning, but given in this covid scenario both the institutes have mentioned about arranging regular online classes for teaching their students, students have also availed online report submission process etc.
From the industry perspective the mindset of students in terms of openness, agility, multi tasking, stress handling etc should be inculcated to students for better performance in the job front. Students are required to think innovative, originality is the differentiator between a new comer & an experienced employee in any organisation and this in turn will accentuate on fresh graduates hiring for any organisation. Students' mindset building other than skill is one very important aspect that the institutes need to emphasise on.
