Women Entrepreneurship Cell, The Entrepreneurs' Committee, The Bengal Chamber of Commerce and Industry had organized an online contest titled "Earth Day Contest" on the occasion of "International Earth Day". This contest aimed at encouraging child artists, student artists, and young artists. A platform for creative expression by kids & children.

The Judge for this contest was:
Ms. Pooja Dugar, Chairperson - Women Entrepreneurship Cell, The Entrepreneurs' Committee, BCC&I, Founder & Director, Leap Years Preschool.

This contest was targeted for the Children of different age groups: 3-6 years, 7-10 years and 11-15 years. It was conceptualized under 3 (Three) categories, namely Painting, Creation & Blogging. The names of the winners were declared on 22nd April, International Earth Day. The total numbers of applications received were around 350. Finally total 8 winners were selected from each age group and under each category. The winners got certificates of appreciation.

The Bengal Chamber of Commerce and Industry will continue organising similar initiatives in future.
