The People Management Committee of The Bengal Chamber of Commerce and Industry organized A Fireside Chat and Social Dialogue on 'Convergence & Divergence on Political Leadership & Corporate Leadership' at Convergence Centre, India Power Corporation Ltd, Salt Lake, Sector V, Kolkata on 19th December 2019.

The event aimed to pit a set of celebrated professionals (from various industries) to match wits and share perspectives with their professional counterparts in a no-holds barred debate on key topics influencing the industry today. The topic taken up for discussion was relevant and interesting for the diverse audience and seek to augment their knowledge with key inputs from the learned set of panelists.

The event presented a tryst with political and corporate leadership, an evening that resonated with electrifying discourse. We were in the august presence of eminent leaders from the political, cultural and corporate leadership. The panel of leaders who were at the helm of their own fields engaged in a exciting discussion as they put forward their perspectives on Political and Corporate Leadership. The concepts of leadership explored, questions were raised and experiences were shared. Through the eloquent words of the speakers we saw intersections, disparities and learning arising from these two areas of leadership.
