Women Entrepreneurship Cell, The Entrepreneurs' Committee, The Bengal Chamber of Commerce and Industry organized a webinar on "Evaluating Your Business Idea", on 17th April 2020 through Zoom Pro. The objective of this webinar was to give an insight and evaluate the business idea of the aspiring women entrepreneurs. The webinars were attended by Women Entrepreneurs of different sectors, where few of them were yet to start their venture & others wanted to expand.

The speaker of this session was:
Ms. Kavita Agarwal, Founder, Career After Family Enterprise.

The very first step she explained was to identify the Need, one needs to clear on certain questions like, What is the need in the marketplace that a business is filling and is it something that will appeal to a large portion of the population? How is this business different than others in the marketplace? What will make somebody come to this business instead of its competitor? Fund is another major point of consideration; there are various sources of funding. But before contacting any funding organisation the Business Plan has to be well prepared it should be brief and concise, unique and distinctive.

For existing business Knowing customers and asking feedback from them will enable us to expand it. The bottom line is, business success mostly depends on Execution. Better execution always brings success even with limited funds.
