Then COVID19 struck and fundamentally transformed the market. The very way people bank has changed. This rapid, unanticipated change has necessitated a full spectrum reassessment and overhaul of extant bank strategy.

With these key challenges in focus, The Bengal Chamber of Commerce and Industry and Intueri Consulting LLP organised a webinar titled "Rebooting Banking: Assimilating to the New Normal" on 17th July, 2020.
