The Bandhan Bank and Bengal Foundation in association with Nothing Beyond Cinema and The Bengal Chamber of Commerce & Industry for the first time ever organized a three days Indo- Bangladesh music festival at Nazrul Mancha, Kolkata from 4-6th January, 2019. The show started from 4 p.m onwards on 4th January, 12 p.m onwards on 5th January & 6th January.

"Bangla Utsob" is a celebration! Of the Two Banglas, By the Two Banglas, For the Two Banglas. Bangla Utsob is all about bringing people together. Bangla Utsob is an enabler, a catalyst, a platform and a medium of expression for the limitless creativity that the people from Epar and Opar Bangla have gifted to the world over centuries.

The three days of the Utsob witnessed a rich, eclectic and star-studded glitterati of musicians on a single stage. Thirty four renowned and awe-inspiring names from both Banglas mesmerized us all, leaving us spellbound. The Programme started with the Mangal Sobha Yatra, followed By Inauguration ceremony. Lifetime Achievement Awards were presented to Smt. Arati Mukhopadhayay and Smt. Sabina Yasmin. Souvenir of Bangla Utsob was also released by eminent personalities.
