The Bengal Chamber of Commerce and Industry organized The Bengal Chamber Technology Quiz-Inter-College Quiz Fest in association with JIS University on 30th March 2019 at Guru Nanak College Campus, Sodepur.

It was the eighth edition of BCC&I's Technology Quiz. This year, the Quiz was open only for the college students. The programme went to greater height with 160 participants from Kolkata; Kharagpur, Rourkela, Bangalore and also Mumbai.

• The winners were students from IIT Kharagpur.
• The positions of first and second runners up were held by NIT Rourkela & Techno India, Salt Lake respectively.

The winners were awarded with a prize money of Rs. 40,000/. The 1st Runner Up and the 2nd Runner Up were awarded Rs. 20,000/- and Rs. 10,000/- respectively.

Mr. Auritro Chowdhury and Mr. Kingshuk Biswas, the Quiz Masters, for the day showed great enthusiasm and made the Quiz an exciting affair. The event was well received by the participants. The day also saw an active and engaging audience throughout the sessions.
