The Bengal Chamber of Commerce and Industry organized a Resilience Leadership Workshop. The Workshop was be conducted by Ms. Beth Payne, a Resilience Trainer and Author of a weekly resilience blog and Former US Diplomat. She was the former US Consul General in Kolkata.
Who may qualify?
■ Corporate Representatives in Leadership position as deemed appropriate by their respective organizations (Leading Team is mandatory)What you'll learn:
▪ Understand what resilience is and why it is essential in the workplace.▪ Recognize characteristics of low resilience in your staff and team.
▪ Be a resilience role model
▪ Support and mentor employees with low resilience
▪ Foster team resilience
Duration of Course:
Course Duration- 3 Hours (1 hour each week)
Dates: 24th September 2021; 1st October 2021 and 8th October 2021
Time: 6:00 p.m.- 7:00 p.m. IST

To be jointly provided by The Bengal Chamber of Commerce and Industry, one of the oldest Chambers of Commerce and Payne Resilience Training and Consulting on successful completion of the Workshop..
