Mr. Gautam Ray

Mr. Gautam Ray, Fellow of The Institution of Engineers, graduated in Electrical Engineering from Calcutta University (erstwhile Bengal Engineering College, Shibpur, presently IIEST) in 1981 and completed Post Graduation in Electrical Power System, from the same Institute in 1983. He was, till recently, Executive Director of CESC Limited, age-old power utility serving the city of Kolkata for more than 100 years and also President (HR), Power Group of RPSG. Presently, he is President-Corporate, RPSG Group.

Mr. Ray has an experience of close to 40 years of working in Power System operations and load dispatch, before he migrated to HR & Admin. He was instrumental in working on a collaborative project with Singapore Power for improvement in Distribution Sector. He also established AIPM (Asia Institute of Power Management) under CESC, which imparted training and consultancy services for many power utilities of India and neighbouring countries.

He is currently the President of The Bengal Chamber of Commerce and Industry. He is the Chairman of National Safety Council - West Bengal Chapter, Former President - Calcutta Management Association for 2015-16 and 2016-17.

Mr. Arnab Basu

Mr. Arnab Basu is a Partner in PwC India, spearheading the firm's Advisory business, including Consulting, Risk and Deals. He brings rich consulting experience in diverse fields like Business model reinvention, Business Transformation, Operating Model Design, Performance Management, Removing Complexity, and defining Digital Strategy leveraging Enterprise Applications. Accoutred with over 15 years of entrepreneurial experience, Anirudh is a fourth-generation entrepreneur and a second-generation investor from the Damani family. Ms. Bina Trivedi is a Partner at The ITI Growth Opportunities Fund and comes with almost 3 decades of operational turn around, private equity & venture capital experience.

She was Managing Partner at IL&FS Investment Managers Limited, (IIML) Mumbai, India until December 2016 where she was responsible for fundraising, originated and lead deals, managed portfolio companies at the Board level and helped structure various transactions.

Mr. Soumya Tapan Misra

Mr. Soumya Misra is the co-founder and CEO of Sisir Radar, a space-tech company working on building SAR satellites. He has BTech and MTech degrees in Electrical Engineering from IIT Kanpur. In his 12 years' experience in the industry he has designed GPUs at Intel, led hardware design and manufacturing at Creo (a Sequoia funded startup acquired by Hike) and has previously co-founder Summachar and infographic news platform for Gen Z. Mr. Saleem Asaria

Mr. Saleem Asaria is a Partner at Lightrock and leads the behavioural health vertical.

Prior to this, he has spent the majority of his career in the UK building and running healthcare and education businesses of size, including one of UK's largest senior living biz's and he was the founder CEO of the Cambian Group Plc. This grew to become one of the largest behavioural health services companies in Europe and was listed on the London Stock Exchange in 2014.

Mr. C.N. Raghupati is presently the founding Director of MILES - Manipal Centre for Innovation Leadership and Entrepreneurship, a school established at MAHE-Bengaluru to focus on creating a culture of innovation and helping start-ups in their journey through a formal system. He also teaches as an adjunct faculty at MIT.

He is also the India Mentor of FalconX at Milpitas, US based incubator specializing in helping start-ups on their cross-border journey. Mr. Srinath Ravichandran

Mr. Srinath Ravichandran is a Wall Street trader turned Aerospace Engineer with over 15 years of experience in Engineering, Finance and Project Management. He has degrees in electrical engineering, financial engineering and aerospace engineering. Mr. Aninda Chatterjee is the Vice President (Finance) and Chief Financial Officer of mJunction Services Limited, India's largest B2B e-commerce company. He brings with him over 33 years of experience across various industries and in several roles.

Mr. Chatterjee has headed numerous profit centres and have held senior leadership positions in several leading companies, in both Public and Private sector undertakings. To name a few, he headed the West Bengal Electronics Industry Development Corporation Limited (WBEIDC) as MD and as the Chairman of 6 of their subsidiaries. He had managed to turn around many of their loss-making units. He led the Nokia Siemens Networks Pvt.
