
BCC&I India Infrastructure Conclave
"From Announcements to Assets-Fast‑tracking India's Core Infrastructure"

The Bengal Chamber of Commerce and Industry (BCC&I) organized its flagship "BCC&I Infrastructure Conclave" on 19 December 2025 at the India Habitat Centre, New Delhi, themed "From Announcements to Assets-Fast-tracking India's Core Infrastructure."
The Conclave began with the Opening Session where Mr. Arnab Chakraborty, Director, BCC&I delivered the Welcome Address and Mr. A. R. Soni, EVP and Head - Corporate Affairs, Larsen & Toubro delivered the Opening Address.
The Keynote Address was given by Chief Guest Shri Alok Raj, Former Special Secretary, Cabinet Secretariat, Government of India.
This was followed by the Experts' Roundtable titled "From Announcements to Assets-Fast-tracking India's Core Infrastructure," moderated by Mr. A. R. Soni and featuring industry leaders Mr. Parvesh Minocha, Chairman, Feedback Highways OMT Pvt. Ltd., Mr. Pawan Kant, CEO, Interise Investment Managers Ltd., and Mr. Sudhir Hoshing, Former CEO, IRB Infrastructure Developers Ltd. and Member, National Infrastructure Committee, BCC&I.
The next roundtable, "Spanning the Future: Bridges, Tunnels and Changing Urban Landscape," was moderated by Mr. Arnab Chakraborty and included expert insights from Mr. Bhadresh Pathak, Chief Executive, L&T Sufin and Member, National Infrastructure Committee, BCC&I and Mr. Mahesh Chandran, Business Head - Equipment & Services, Underground & Infrastructure, Normet India Pvt. Ltd.
The discussion on "Materials & MSMEs - Click-to-Concrete: Digital Supply Chains for Infra," also moderated by Mr. Arnab Chakraborty brought perspectives from Mr. Bhadresh Pathak and Ms. Swagata Rane, Head - Distribution Channel & Anchor Sourcing, Supply Chain Finance, L&T Finance Ltd.
The Conclave concluded with a Valedictory Session themed "Rs. 11.21 Lakh Crores & Beyond: Funding the Next Decade," moderated by Dr. P. R. Jaishankar, Former CMD, IIFCL and Member, National Infrastructure Committee, BCC&I with speakers Mr. Saurabh Suneja, Director - Strategy and Policy, National Investment and Infrastructure Fund Limited (NIIFL) and Mr. Arun Kirtania, CFO, Nabha Power Limited. The programme concluded with networking lunch, offering delegates an opportunity for meaningful conversations and collaboration for strengthening India's infrastructure landscape.
