Mr. Gautam Ray, 59, Engineer by profession, graduated from Calcutta University (Bengal Engineering College, Shibpur- presently IIEST) and completed Post Graduation in Electrical Power System, from the same Institute in 1983. Presently, he is Executive Director (HR & Admn) of CESC Limited and also heading HR function for Power sector companies of RP-Sanjiv Goenka Group as President (HR), Power Group.
 ▪ Mr. Ray has an experience of 36 years, of working in Power System operations and load dispatch, before he migrated to HR & Admn. He is responsible for HR and Administration for CESC, along with the entire HR process for the new initiatives under CESC, which includes, new power projects, training initiatives, collaborative efforts etc.

Ms. Natalie Toms

Bengal Chamber Energy Conclave Ms. Natalie Toms, Director-Prosperity Team India, British High Commission, New Delhi

Ms. Natalie Toms leads the British Government's engagement on climate action and energy issues in India, as well as economic and financial relations. She is particularly excited to be working in India ahead of the UK's hosting of the COP26 climate summit.
 ▪ Prior to posting in India, Natalie worked for her Majesty's Treasury and has extensive experience in economic and fiscal policy, mostly recently leading the team that delivered the 2016 Budget.
 ▪ Ms. Toms holds an undergraduate degree in Philosophy, Politics and Economics from St. Edmund Hall, Oxford and a Masters in Economics from the University of London.


Dr. Ajay Mathur

Bengal Chamber Energy Conclave Dr. Ajay Mathur, Director General, The Energy and Resources Institute (TERI).

Dr. Ajay Mathur Is the Director General of The Energy and Resources Institute (TERI), New Delhi, and a member of the Indian Prime Minister's Council on Climate Change. He earlier headed the Indian Bureau of Energy Efficiency, and was responsible for mainstreaming energy efficiency through initiatives such as the Star Labeling programme for appliances, the Energy Conservation Building Code, and the Perform, Achieve & Trade programme for energy-intensive industries. He was a leading climate change negotiator, and was the Indian spokesperson at the Paris climate negotiations. He served as the interim Director of the Green Climate Fund during its foundational period.
 ▪ At TERI, he has spearheaded the move to accelerate action towards a low-carbon and cleaner economy through the adoption of renewable energy in the Indian electricity sector, enhancing efficiency in buildings and industry, and promoting environmental quality through recycling of material wastes and biotechnology-based solutions.
 ▪ He co-chairs the global Energy Transitions Commission, and one of the climate initiatives of the One Planet Summit.


Dr. John Murton

Bengal Chamber Energy Conclave Dr. John Murton, UK Government's COP26 Envoy

Dr. John Murton is the senior UK official responsible for building international support for a successful COP26 and coordinating pre-COP26 diplomacy through the UK's overseas network. Dr. Murton is based in the UK Cabinet Office's COP26 team and reports to the UK's COP26 President-Designate and Secretary of State for Business, Energy and Industrial Strategy, Alok Sharma.
 ▪ Dr. Murton recently returned from a tour as the UK's Ambassador to the DRC, Republic of Congo and the Central African Republic, leading a large mission spending £1m a day to support development, security and humanitarian operations in Central Africa.
 ▪ Prior to this Dr. Murton was the UK's Permanent Representative to the United Nations Environment Programme (UNEP) in Kenya, as well as being the UK's Deputy High Commissioner in Nairobi. Other overseas roles include time as the UK's High Commissioner to Mauritius, Ambassador to Madgascar and The Union of the Comoros, Deputy Director of the Cabinet of the NATO Secretary General, and Energy and Environment Attaché in Tokyo. John has served in a number of roles in London, most recently as Head of the FCO's East Asia and Pacific Department (covering ASEAN, NE Asia and the Pacific).
 ▪ Dr. Murton has a PhD in Development Economics from the University of Cambridge.



Mr. Mohammad Hossain

Bengal Chamber Energy Conclave Mr. Mohammad Hossain, Director General, Hossain,Director General, Power Cell, Power Division. Ministry of Power, Energy & Mineral Resources, Government of Bangladesh.

Mr. Mohammad Hossain joined Power Cell as an Assistant Director in 1996. Consequently, he served as the Deputy Director and Director and played a noteworthy role in enhancing the capacity of the Power Sector. He has also played a vital role in the development of power generation, transmission and distribution and prepared several acts, rules & regulations for spearheading the power sector development. At present, he is serving as the Director General of Power Cell since 2013. He is the Vice-President of The Institution of Engineers Bangladesh (IEB).
 ▪ Mr. Hossain is a member of the Joint Steering Committee (JSC) for Bangladesh-India and Bangladesh Nepal power sector cooperation. He is a member of the Governing Board of the SAARC Energy Center. At the same time, he was one of the members of the renewable energy D-8 Working Group and member of the Steering Committee in South Asia Regional Initiative/Energy Integration (SARI/EI). Mr. Mohammad Hossain has been elected as the Chairman of UN-ESCAP's Energy Committee (2019-2020) which is an important intergovernmental platform to facilitate regional energy cooperation. Mr. Hossain is an alumnus of the Harvard Business School.
 ▪ Mr. Mohammad Hossain graduated from the Bangladesh University of Engineering & Technology (BUET) and received an MBA from IBA, University of Dhaka. Later, he received a post-graduate diploma in Institutional and Human Resource Development (IHRD) from Denmark. He took part in various higher training in the power sector at home and abroad. He has presented papers in various seminars, workshops at national and international levels which are highly appreciated. Mr. Mohammad Hossain has published numerous articles in different national and international journals and publications.


Mr. Deb A Mukherjee

An entrepreneur, professionally qualified as a lawyer, with over 38 years work experience in diverse business domains, engineering systems, information technology solutions and later in energy services for the last 15 years.
 ▪ Executive Chairman of Eaga Energy India Pvt Ltd (subsidiary of Eaga plc UK FTSE250 company) until 2012. Currently is an Investor and Country Representative for Power Roll Ltd. UK and also Managing Director of Cenergist Energy Private Limited which is wholly owned subsidiary of Cenergist Ltd UK, which has operations in the UK, Spain, Germany, Italy and now India.
 ▪ Served on various Trade Committees in India and the UK and spoken at several international seminars on Sustainability Issues, Energy Efficiency, Renewables, Water Management and on Business Strategies.


Mr. Stefan Louis

Mr. Stefan Louis is CEO of the Joint Venture between Europe's leading lithium--battery manufacturer Leclanché and India's largest battery manufacturer Exide Industries.
 ▪ In his previous executive positions Mr. Louis has built an international experience in the Transportation, Utility and Industrial battery markets. He holds an MSc in Electronics and has devoted his career to helping customers with the best available energy storage, conversion and management solutions in a B2B environment.


Mr. Subhasendu Chatterjee

Mr. Subhasendu Chatterjee has a Bachelor degree in Chemical Engineering (1968) from Jadavpur University and holds a Post Graduate degree in Chemical Engineering from Indian Institute of Technology (1970) and has more than 40 years of experience in the fertilizer and chemicals industry covering design, engineering, commissioning, technical services and project management with leading consultancy and operating plants in India and abroad.
 ▪ Presently Mr. Chatterjee is the Whole-Time Director of Haldia Petrochemicals Limited and is on the Board of more than twenty (20) Companies. He was instrumental in HPL's recent turnaround.

Dr. Prabir Kr. Mukhopadhyay is presently serving in Damodar Valley Corporation (DVC) as Member-Secretary since October 2014. He was entrusted with additional charge of Member (Finance) and also as Chairman, DVC in different spells.
 ▪ Dr. Mukhopadhyay is an Electrical Engineer and also an MBA and PhD in Management. He is presently the Chairman of Electrical Engineering Division of West Bengal State Centre of Institution of Engineers of India and also a Fellow of Institution of Mechanical Engineers, London.
 ▪ Prior to joining DVC, he served several CPSUs in different capacities which includes BHEL, Bharat Bhari Udyog Nigam Limited and Braithwaite & Co Ltd.
 ▪ Dr. Mukhopadhyay has published several technical and managerial articles in leading National & International journals.


Mr. Nigel Topping

Bengal Chamber Energy Conclave Mr. Nigel Topping, UK Government's High Level Climate Action Champion, COP26.

Mr. Nigel Topping is the UK's High-Level Climate Action Champion, appointed by the UK Prime Minister in January 2020. Nigel works alongside the Chilean High-Level Climate Action Champion, Gonzalo Muñoz. The role of the high-level champions is to strengthen collaboration and drive action from businesses, investors, organisations, cities, and regions on climate change, and coordinate this work with governments and parties to the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change (UNFCCC).
 ▪ Mr. Topping was most recently CEO of We Mean Business, a coalition of businesses working to accelerate the transition to a zero carbon economy. Prior to that he was Executive Director of the Carbon Disclosure Project, following an 18 year career in the private sector, having worked across the world in emerging markets and manufacturing.


Mr. Rahul Tabhane

Mr. Rahul Tabhane is UKEF's first representative in India. He is an experienced export credit and finance professional who has been involved with Export Credit Agency (ECA) transactions relating to 13 global export credit agencies.
 ▪ Before joining UKEF, Mr. Tabhane worked across a range of projects at Reliance Industries - including debt financing worth more than $20 billion, relationship management with ECAs and international lenders and administering the long-term foreign currency debt portfolio of the company. Most recently he worked as a consultant with a range of organisations, including European ECAs, to structure long term and competitive ECA financing solutions for clients in Africa, the Middle East and Asia.


Mr. Deepak Amitabh

Bengal Chamber Energy Conclave Mr. Deepak Amitabh, IRS, Chairman and Managing Director, PTC India Limited.

Mr. Deepak Amitabh is a business leader with a career spanning over 36 years of invaluable experience. An alumnus of St. Stephen's College, Delhi, he started his professional career in 1984 with the Government of India as an officer of Indian Revenue Service (IRS). He has held various important and challenging positions in IRS including as Financial Advisor to Director General Naval Projects, Mumbai, Additional Commissioner of Income Tax, New Delhi and Joint Commissioner of Income Tax Mumbai.
 ▪ Mr. Amitabh's journey in PTC began in 2003, when he came on board as a part of leadership team (CFO) and later took on the mantle of the CMD of the Company in October, 2012. As head of Finance in the Company, he led the IPO of PTC in 2004 (1st IPO in Power sector) and later raised funds of more than Rs.1700 Crores through Qualified Institutional Placement (QIPs) in 2008 & 2009. He played a key role in formation of subsidiaries of PTC viz. PTC India Financial Services Ltd. (PFS) & PTC Energy Limited (PEL). Under his Chairmanship, PFS is a listed entity with an asset size of more than Rs. 11,000 Crores and PEL has executed 289 MW of Wind Power projects. He was instrumental in setting up of India's first power exchange in 2007.
 ▪ A widely recognized business leader, Mr. Amitabh is a member of various industry associations like CERC - Advisory Committee, TERI - Executive committee, CII - National Committee on Power, FICCI - Power Committee, World Energy Council, Association of Power Producers, Co-Chairs Afghanistan - India Chambers of Commerce & Industry (AICCI). A thoroughbred professional Mr. Amitabh, carries hue of public & private sector, has carefully led PTC Group of Companies as a people centric leading enterprise in the financial / power sector.


Ms. Anna French

Ms. Anna French is the Deputy Head of DFID India, and Head of the Urban, Energy and Green Growth Team. Before heading to India, Anna was Head of DFID's Education Policy Team for 4 years.
 ▪ Ms. French joined DFID in 2001, and has extensive experience in policy development and leading and managing programmes in fragile states including in Somalia, Afghanistan and Pakistan. During this time she also worked for 2 years as Senior Policy Adviser on Africa in the Cabinet Office, advising the Prime Minister on UK policy to Africa,

Mr. Ajay Shankar

Bengal Chamber Energy Conclave Mr. Ajay Shankar, Distinguished Fellow, The Energy and Resources Institute.

Mr. Ajay Shankar has had rich and varied experience in public service for over forty five years, primarily in the fields of industry, the power sector and urban development.
 ▪ Mr. Shankar was a member of the premier Indian Administrative Service which he joined in 1973 and retired as Secretary, Department of Industrial Policy and Promotion in the Government of India in December, 2009. He played a crucial role in putting together the stimulus packages at the time of the global economic crisis of 2008 which enabled the Indian economy to recover in a short time and again grow at over 8%. The plan for the ambitious Delhi-Mumbai Industrial Corridor Project was developed under his stewardship. He was the Chairman of the National Productivity Council and of the Quality Council of India and gave greater momentum to their activities. He initiated the setting up of Invest India.
 ▪ He served for a three year term, November 2011-2014, as Member Secretary of the National Manufacturing Competitiveness Council (NMCC), an advisory body comprising leading Captains of Industry, key Secretaries of Government and eminent Academics.
 ▪ As Joint Secretary and then Additional Secretary in the Ministry of Power he played a key role in enactment of the Electricity Act, 2003 and Rules and policies under it. He was also instrumental in promoting private sector participation in the Power Sector including the Ultra Mega Power Projects. He played a crucial role in the conceptualization and the launch of the national program for completing rural electrification which was launched in 2005 and under which over 1,00,000 villages have been electrified.
 ▪ As CEO, Greater NOIDA industrial Development Authority, he was responsible for the development of one of the most attractive Industrial townships and attracting considerable FDI to it. He was Secretary to the Lt. Governor of Delhi for over 5 years and has also been Commissioner, Kanpur Division and Chairman of the Kanpur Development Authority and was closely involved with issues of urban planning, management and infrastructure development in these metros.
 ▪ He is the President of the Board of Trustees of the Foundation for MSME Clusters (FMC). He is a member of the Board of Management of JK Lakshmipat University where he is also the Chairman of their Center for Policy Studies. He has a Masters in Political Science from Allahabad University and a Masters in Economics from Georgetown University, Washington D.C.


Dr. Annapurna Vancheswaran

Bengal Chamber Energy Conclave Dr. Annapurna Vancheswaran, Senior Director-Communication Outreach and Advocacy Unit, The Energy and Resources Institute, New Delhi.

As Senior Director, Communication Outreach and Advocacy Unit (COAU) at The Energy and Resources Institute (TERI), the focus of Dr. Vancheswaran's work is mainly in the area of global sustainable development and includes interactions with international and Indian organisations, Government Departments, NGOs and the private sector with particular application to the diverse problems of India.
 ▪ The Unit that Dr. Vancheswaran leads is also involved in cutting-edge research on education for sustainable development. Various projects undertaken by the Unit have tremendous reach and influence on school and college students in addition to other stakeholders.
 ▪ Since 2010, Dr. Vancheswaran has been associated with TERI University as an Adjunct Faculty and has been teaching Business Ethics as part of MBA programme of the University.
 ▪ In addition to her above responsibility, from 2019 - 2015 she was additionally appointed as Vice-President, TERI, North America to oversee TERI's programmes and activities in the region.

Mr. Souvik Bhattacharjya has more than 15 years' experience in energy and environmental research and management consulting. He has undertaken and led various consultancy and research assignments for ministries, bilateral, and multilateral organisations and multinational corporations. His areas of work include resource efficiency and circular economy, developing policies and strategies along product and service value chains for promoting 6Rs, industrial ecology, material demand, supply assessments, material flow analysis, life cycle analysis, life cycle cost analysis, impact assessments of industrial and infrastructure projects, price build up for environmental goods and services, trade in environment and resources, etc.
 ▪ In 2011, he was awarded the Young Global Economic Fellowship (GES) in by the Kiel Institute of Global Economy, Germany. He was also selected as a fellow and contributing lead author by United Nations Environment Programme (UNEP) for Global Environment Outlook (GEO 4) as well as the GEO 6 report prepared for the Asia Pacific region.
 ▪ He has also led many capacity building activities for corporates, academia and civil society organizations. He holds a Masters Degree in Economics (with specialization in World Economy) from School of International Studies, Jawaharlal Nehru University, New Delhi.
 ▪ Before joining TERI, he worked with Accenture Management Consulting, for their industry strategy group. He was also a project fellow at the Centre for Development and Environment Policy, Indian Institute of Management (IIM) Calcutta.

Dr. Rachna Arora

Dr. Rachna Arora is working as a Deputy Team Leader in the Resource Efficiency project of the Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) GmbH funded by the European Union on issues related to fostering resource efficiency and secondary resource utilization. She has been working with GIZ since 2007 under the bilateral projects, combi-finance projects of the European Commission and the partnership projects with the private sector with relevant Ministries and government departments. She has been supporting the Government of India (GoI) on policy formulation and its implementation particularly on electronic waste management, resource efficiency, Construction and demolition wastes, end of life vehicles and circular economy. She has recently delivered a TEDx talk on Circular Economy.
 ▪ Dr. Arora is a doctorate degree in environmental chemistry from Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Roorkee. She is a member of the Task Force and Inter-departmental committee set up by Niti Aayog (Policy think tank, GoI) on Resource Efficiency strategy implementation in India. She is also a part of the Research and Development (R&D) committee set up by the Department of Information Technology and Communication (DeiTY), GoI on electronic waste management. She is also a working group member of the FICCI Circular Economy Group constituted in 2017 to support industry research and dialogues on Circular Economy.

Professor Veena Sahajwalla is an internationally recognised materials scientist, engineer, and inventor revolutionising recycling science. She is renowned for pioneering the high temperature transformation of waste in the production of a new generation of 'green materials.'
 ▪ In 2018, Veena launched the world's first e-waste micro factory and in 2019 she launched her plastics micro factory, a recycling technology breakthrough. She is producing a new generation of green materials and products made entirely, or primarily, from waste.
 ▪ Veena also heads the ARC Industrial Transformation Research Hub for 'green manufacturing', a leading national research centre that works in collaboration with industry to ensure new recycling science is translated into real world environmental and economic benefits. In 2019 she was appointed inaugural Director of the Circular Economy Innovation Network by the NSW Government through its Office of Chief Scientist and Engineer.


Dr. Ajay Mathur

Dr. Ajay Mathur Is the Director General of The Energy and Resources Institute (TERI), New Delhi, and a member of the Indian Prime Minister's Council on Climate Change. He earlier headed the Indian Bureau of Energy Efficiency, and was responsible for mainstreaming energy efficiency through initiatives such as the Star Labeling programme for appliances, the Energy Conservation Building Code, and the Perform, Achieve & Trade programme for energy-intensive industries. He was a leading climate change negotiator, and was the Indian spokesperson at the Paris climate negotiations. He served as the interim Director of the Green Climate Fund during its foundational period.
 ▪ At TERI, he has spearheaded the move to accelerate action towards a low-carbon and cleaner economy through the adoption of renewable energy in the Indian electricity sector, enhancing efficiency in buildings and industry, and promoting environmental quality through recycling of material wastes and biotechnology-based solutions.
 ▪ He co-chairs the global Energy Transitions Commission, and one of the climate initiatives of the One Planet Summit.

Mr. Arun Mukherjee is a Mechanical Engineer having over 38 years of experience in manufacturing and process industry. He started career with Damodar Valley and then moved to Durgapur Steel Plant and in the year 1976 joined Thermax Limited, Eastern Region. Retired from Thermax Limited in 2008.
 ▪ In Thermax, Mr. Mukherjee has managed the Eastern Region operation along with Nepal, Bhutan & Bangladesh since 1989, with a topline turnover of approx..Rs.500 crores in the business areas of energy, environment, power, water and chemicals. During his tenure, he had spearheaded various initiatives on renewable energy based power generation, energy efficiency and tri-generation.
 ▪ Post his retirement from Thermax in 2009, Mr. Mukherjee was associated with GP Energy System Pvt Ltd, a company involved in renewable energy based gassification system.
 ▪ In 2011, he associated with Hari Machine Ltd for setting up power boiler business. During his association, he was instrumental in bringing together a clean coal technology cooperation agreement with RAFAKO (largest European boiler manufacturer) through the Bengal Chamber - EBTC tie-up.

Mr. Sonam Tobjey

Mr. Sonam Tobjey is the Chief Executive Officer of Bhutan Power Corporation. He assumed the post since 23rd August 2018. He completed his Bachelor of Commerce, (Hons) from Shri Ram College of Commerce, University of Delhi, India and Master of Commerce in Accountancy from University of Canberra, Australia.
 ▪ Mr. Tobjey joined his services in the Ministry of Finance, Royal Government of Bhutan in 1990 before moving to Bhutan Power Corporation in 2002, when the Company was formed. Since then, he has been working in Bhutan Power Corporation in the Executive Management level. He served as the Director of Finance before assuming the current post.  ▪ Dr. Sengupta's research focuses on sustainability in the context of process systems engineering. She has worked on process design, integration, intensification, optimization, life cycle assessment and other related concepts for Sustainable Supply Chain Design of Biofuels, Natural Gas, and Consumer Products, and decision-making in Sustainability using metrics and indicators. She has also been actively involved in the development of educational modules for sustainable manufacturing.
 ▪ Dr. Sengupta serves as co-PI or Senior Personnel on several multi-million-dollar Department of Energy (DOE) research projects from the RAPID Manufacturing USA Institute (Process Intensification) and the CESMII Manufacturing USA Institute (Smart Manufacturing). At RAPID, she is working on process systems using desalination for shale gas wastewater treatment. She was also integral to the successful National Science Foundation planning grant, "Engineering Research Center for Resiliency Enhancement and Disaster-Impact Interception (READII) in the Manufacturing Sector." Following up from that work, her current research interests are related to resilience in the process industrial sector under disaster conditions. She has organized five workshops funded by the National Science Foundation in the area of Disaster Resilience and is also working on several publications that capture the impact of disasters in the manufacturing sector.
 ▪ She has authored two books, "Chemicals from biomass: integrating bioprocesses into chemical production complexes for sustainable development" by CRC Press (2012), and "Measuring Progress towards Sustainability" by Springer (2017). Apart from this, she has several peer reviewed journal publications, book chapters, and conference proceedings. She has been an invited speaker at many national and international conferences. Dr. Sengupta is extremely well connected through the American Institute of Chemical Engineers (AIChE). She has held official positions of highest order at AIChE's Environmental Division (Past Chair), and Fuels and Petrochemicals Division (First Vice-Chair).

Professor Andy Large is Principal Investigator and Hub Director of the UKRI GCRF Living Deltas Hub (Living Deltas www.livingdeltas.org 2019-2024), which is one of 12 major interdisciplinary research Hubs funded by UK Government to address complex global sustainability challenges. Working in partnership with Researchers, Governments, Agencies, NGOs and community groups, the Living Deltas Hub will co-create knowledge and pool expertise to develop innovative and sustainable solutions to help make the region safer, healthier and more prosperous. A key aim of Living Deltas is to help Vietnam, India and Bangladesh better achieve sustainable delta futures and better achieve the UN Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) in delta specific contexts.
 ▪ Professor Large has over 30 years' experience of researching riverine ecosystems, with focus on how extreme events affect catchment vulnerability and resilience. In his research he develops novel approaches to quantifying river geomorphology, social and physical effects of flooding, and assessing how rivers benefit society though ecosystem services or 'nature's life-support systems'.
 ▪ Professor Large enjoys mentoring the next generation of scientists and have supervised some 20 PhD students to completion, with all in positions of influence in environmental management worldwide. He has been at the forefront of Anthropocene research at Newcastle University and founded the NU Anthropocene Research Group in 2015.

Dr. Anamitra Anurag Danda visited the Indian Sundarban Region for the first time in 1998 for ethnographic research and stayed on. By the year 2000, he was raising energy plantations for a Biomass Gasifier Power station on a remote island.
 ▪ A year later, he started his PhD fieldwork and spent his time on several islands until 2005. In 2005, he joined WWF-India as the Founder Coordinator of the Sundarbans Programme. While with WWF, he gained implementation experience in the areas of Renewable Electricity Generation and Energy Access, Climate Change Adaptation, Sustainable Livelihoods, Education, Community Forestry and Nature Conservation.
 ▪ In 2009, he expanded his Climate Change Adaptation Work to coastal and island ecosystems of India. During the period 2011 through 2017, he led the Climate Change Adaptation Programme for WWF-India.
 ▪ He is currently Senior Visiting Fellow with ORF's Energy and Climate Change Programme. His research interests include: sustainability and stewardship, collective action and governance, adaptation to climate change, resolving human-wildlife conflict, and nature conservation.

Dr. Prabodh Bajpai has received the B.E. Degree in Electrical Engineering from University of Roorkee (Now, IIT Roorkee), the M.Tech Degree in Energy Studies from IIT Delhi and the Ph.D. Degree in Electrical Engineering from IIT Kanpur in 2008.
 ▪ Dr. Bajpai joined as Assistant Professor in the Department of Electrical Engineering, IIT Kharagpur, India in 2008. Currently he is working as Associate Professor since July 2014 in the same organization. He is also joint Faculty in School of Energy Sciences and Engineering, IIT Kharagpur, since 2015.
 ▪ Dr. Bajpai has completed research and consultancy projects together of worth 80 million Indian rupees and currently running 50 million Indian rupees. He has published more than 80 publications in reputed journals and conferences, book chapters and filed a patent. He has worked as first Sr. Research Fellow in PMI, NTPC Ltd. He has received Bhaskara Advanced Solar Energy Fellowship award from DST, Government of India to visit Washington State University Pullman, USA.
 ▪ Dr. Bajpai is serving as Solar System Consultant for Water Resource Investigation and Development Department of Government of West Bengal. He is a senior member of the IEEE, USA, and Guest editor for IEEE Smart Grid special issues. He is fellow of Institution of Engineers (India). His research interests include power system restructuring, renewable energy systems, restructured electricity market and hybrid microgrid systems.


Mr. Udai S Mehta

Ms. Pauline Laravoire was born in Paris, where she also spent the first 25 years of her life. She has developed her expertise in strategy consulting and social entrepreneurship, especially as the co-founder of non-profit AQWA, which supports social enterprises and NGOs through social impact assessment studies. In the frame of the AQWA project, she took a gap year off her studies before completing her Master's Degree in Sustainability and Social Innovation at HEC Paris and travelled the world for a year at the service of non-profits - in Africa, Asia and South America. In 2018, Pauline moved to Kolkata where she joined Techno India Group, one of the largest educational conglomerates in India. She is now Sustainability Director of the Group, where she is striving to create more learning and working opportunities for students in the sustainability sectors, especially through her network-based venture Y-East.

They provided the Generator set and all auxiliary components. The project was for the enhancement of the Pumping capacity of Crude oil pipe line.
