Risk Management

BCC&I Leadership Institute of The Bengal Chamber of Commerce and Industry organized RISK MANAGEMENT Leadership online workshop - Series A BASIC , August-September 2025. It was an 18 Hours Online Workshop with total 6 Sessions of 3 hrs each, for 3 consecutive weekends. (Aug 29th, 30th & Sep 5th, 6th, 12th, 13th).

PROGRAM OBJECTIVE
Building foundational knowledge of Risk Management principles, Tools and Industry applications.

The objective of this training program is to help participants understand the principles, tools and techniques of Risk Management to identify, assess, mitigate and monitor risks across projects, processes and organizational activities. Participants will learn how to establish a risk management framework, conduct risk assessments, develop risk mitigation strategies, monitor risk triggers and implement risk response plans to minimize the impact of uncertainties on project objectives and business outcomes.

By this workshop, participants will be able to integrate Risk Management practices into their organization's decision-making processes, enhance risk awareness and build resilience to potential threats and opportunities.

More than 20 participants joined from various organizations like Peerless Hotels, Indorama India Private Limited, Swach Environment, Maithon Power Limited, Peerless Hospital, Dr B.C Roy Engineering College, Exide Industries Ltd, Balmer Lawrie & Co Ltd are among them.

The Training Session was facilitated by Rama Mohan Venkata Kadayinti, Trainer and Subject Matter Expert. He has held leadership positions across the Manufacturing, IT, ITeS and Start-ups. With total experience of 30 years, he is one of the Director of Entellus Consulting India Private Limited, Hyderabad.
