BCC&I Leadership Institute of The Bengal Chamber of Commerce and Industry organized DESIGN THINKING ONLINE WORKSHOPfor Mid & Senior- Level Leaders. It was 16 Hours Online Workshop withTotal 4 Sessions of 4 hours each, for 2 consecutive weeks, March 13th, 14th, 20th & 21st.

Programme Objective:
In today's business dynamics, Design Thinking has become significant. Innovative, collaborative mindset with creative problem solving-solution based approach is important across industry. Design Thinking focusses on the solution and with human - centred approach.

Participants learned:
1. To Master the Design Thinking Framework - Apply all five stages (Empathize, Define, Ideate, Prototype, Test).
2. Lead Innovation Initiatives - Facilitate workshops and build innovation capabilities.
3. Apply Human-Centric Problem Solving - Use empathy research to uncover opportunities.
4. Rapid Prototyping & Testing - Validate ideas quickly before major commitments.
5. Build Design-Driven Cultures - Foster creativity and customer-centricity.
6. Cross-Industry Learning - Gain perspectives from leaders across diverse sectors.

More than 28 participants joined from various organizations like Capital Numbers Infotech Limited, PrediQt Business Solution Private Limited, ArcelorMittal Design and Engineering Centre, Berger Paints India Limited, Marathon Electric Motors (India) Limited, ComConnect Consulting, Avahita Marketing & Consulting Services Private Limited, Oroprise Solutions Private Ltd, NTPC, PWC, Balmer Lawrie & Co Ltd are among them.

PAN India participants joined from more than 12 cities like Delhi, Goa, Pondicherry, Kolkata, Mumbai, Pune, Noida, Bangaluru, Chennai, Hyderabad, Singrauli (Madhya Pradesh), Ramagundam (Telangana).

The Training Session was facilitated by Rama Mohan Venkata Kadayinti, Trainer and Subject Matter Expert. He has held leadership positions across the Manufacturing, IT, ITeS and Start-ups. With total experience of 30 years, he is one of the Director of Entellus Consulting India Private Limited, Hyderabad. BLI partnered with Entellus to architect the journey of creating Leadership excellence and transformation.
