▪ The "Single Point Of Contact" (SPOC) shall separately provide an undertaking against issuance of the card/s.
▪ BCC&I has or will have no financial involvement whatsoever in any financial transactions amongst the Members and does not and will not have any responsibility should there be any dispute that arises amongst two organisations availing or providing benefits.
▪ In case there is any product failure or dissatisfaction with the services provided by the Offering Company or any other dispute between Buyers and Sellers (Member company) BCC&I or any of its employees or associates, cannot be held responsible for the same.
