The Bengal Chamber of Commerce and Industry in association with the Prostate Cancer Foundation organised a Session on Prostate Cancer on Saturday, 24thMarch 2017 at the Bengal Club from 6.30 pm onwards.

The session commenced with a welcome speech addressed by Dr Amit Ghose, Chairman Emeritus of Health Committee, BCC&I, Director, Prostate Cancer Foundation and Senior Consultant, Apollo Gleneagles Hospital Kolkata. The panelists of the session were Mr R P Chakraborty, Dr Abhishek Basu, Prof Dr Asim Kumar Dutta, Dr Gautam Bhattacharya and Dr Supriyo Kumar Halder. The programme was moderated by Shri Amit Roy.

The evening witnessed a free flowing session on various aspects of Prostate Cancer and how Prostate Cancer has now become curable.

The evening concluded with a musical performance by Maestro Pandit Bickram Ghosh and his team. The session was well attended and was greatly successful.
