The Bengal Chamber of Commerce and Industry organized a Special Interactive Session with Mr. Jonathan T. Ward, Principal Commercial Officer, U.S. Consulate General, Kolkata on 25th May 2017 at the American Center.

The SelectUSA Summit, this year, is to be held in Washington, DC from 18th June to 20th June 2017. The Summit provides an incomparable opportunity to meet and engage with investment officials from across the United States at one place. Mary Kay Carlson, Chargé d'Affaires, US Embassy in India will lead the delegation from India. Mr. Patrick Santillo, the U.S. Embassy’s Minister Counselor for Commercial Affairs will also be with the delegation. The Summit will be hosted by U.S. Secretary ofCommerce Wilbur Ross. Many other senior U.S. leaders will be present.

Mr. Ward met a few members of the Chamber, who were interested to know more about the SelectUSA Summit and discussed the investment opportunities in USA during the interactive session.
