The Bengal Chamber of Commerce and Industry organized an “Export Financing Roundtable” with Mr. Richard Pearson, Business Development Officer for Asia, Export-Import (Ex-Im) Bank, United States on 16th December 2016 in the Chamber premises.

The focused sectors of the interactive session were, Healthcare, Power Generation, IT, Infrastructure, Oil and Gas.

Mr. Richard Pearson, Business Development Officer, Asia-Pacific, Export-Import Bank, United States graced the session along with Mr. Jonathan T. Ward, Principal Commercial Officer, U.S Consulate General Kolkata. Mr. Chandra Shekhar Ghosh, President Designate and Mr. Subhodip Ghosh, Director General, The Bengal Chamber of Commerce and Industry were present along with the senior members who participated to interact with Mr. Pearson.

Mr. Pearson shared a short introduction of the Export- Import Bank of the United States. His insights on the programmes of the Bank, its operations and opportunities offered enlightened the gathering about significant aspects of doing business with USA.
