The Bengal Chamber of Commerce & Industry in association with Time International Management Enterprises Co. Ltd, Bangkok organized an interactive session on “Self X Analysis (SXA) – The Revolutionary Approach to Talent Management” on 8th February 2017 at ITC Room, The Chamber Premises. The session was designed by Mr Swarup Roy who is the Founder & Chairman of ASEAN Affairs Media, Asean Affairs Business Council (AABC), India Business Bridge (IBB) and Time International Management Enterprises, Bangkok and Asean Affairs India Pvt Ltd, New Delhi who was also the sole faculty of this session.

Self X Analysis (SXA) is a global innovation in the field of Human Capital Management (HCM), a Multi-Dimensional System that Measures, Analyses and Diagnoses (M.A.D.) the individual quantitatively and qualitatively on 34 attributes across 5 dimensions. It further helps to Train, Fulfill and Evolve (T.F.E.) the person leading to clear measurable progress towards material, intellectual and spiritual fulfillment. SXA is partnering companies and organizations to reach individuals and employees to help them and enterprises identify, engage and retain their best talents.

Participants included Senior Level Managers, CEOs and Directors from Touchstone Tie-up Pvt Ltd, Axsys Technologies Ltd, Shikshayatan Foundation, Bubbs Co, Jaetal Group, Thermax Limited and many more. Participation in the session was in the form of taking the SXA Test online preliminarily by each participant who attended the session and then measuring, analyzing and diagnosing the individuals quantitatively and qualitatively on 34 attributes across 5 dimensions. Mr. Santanu Bhattacharya (Former Executive Director, CESC Ltd & Director on the board of several companies) was also a guest faculty in this session along with Mr Swarup Roy.

At the conclusion of the session, SXA feedback form was given to each participant to understand their expression of interest in application of the SXA System to identify, engage and retain members of their organization.
