BCC&I has also prepared a document namely, “A handbook of Land In West Bengal” which is to generate awareness on the Laws, Legal Provisions, Steps to be followed to acquire a land or to convert a land, clearances to be sought and other important formalities relating to Land. Focus is on Land Policy of the State, Simplified Laws and Procedures, FAQs, etc. for LAND BUYERS. The report was submitted to The Land and Land Reforms Department, Govt. of West Bengal.
