The Bengal Chamber of Commerce and Industry organized our Wellness Expo on 20th & 21st February 2016 at the City Centre I, Kund Area, Salt Lake. The Expo was inaugurated by Dr. Alok Roy, Immediate Past President, The Bengal Chamber of Commerce and Industry & Chairman, Medica Group of Hospitals along with Dr. Rupali Basu, President and CEO (Eastern Region), Apollo Hospitals Group, India. After the ribbon cutting ceremony, a Yoga session was conducted by Mystic Yoga Studio.

14 reputed city Hospitals, Diagnostic Centres, Insurance Company and Stem Cell Banking Companies participated in the Wellness Expo to showcase their products and services. Participating hospitals had also organized free blood pressure check-up, blood sugar testing, and eye testing along with free consultation in their stalls. Participating companies of Wellness Expo were Apollo Hospitals, AMRI Hospitals, B M Birla Heart Research Centre, Belle Vue Clinic, Birla Sun Life Insurance, Currae Eye Care Hospital, Columbia Asia Hospital, Cord Life Sciences India Pvt Ltd, Emami Frank Ross, GD Hospital & Diabetes Institute, ILS Hospitals, KPC Medical College & Hospital, Lifecell International Pvt Ltd, Mercy Hospital, Narayana Superspeciality Hospital, R N Tagore Hospital, Suraksha Diagnostic, Techno Global Hospital and Woodlands Multispecialty Hospital. A food stall was given by Flurys. The Expo attracted great footfall even while summer was setting in.
