The Bengal Chamber of Commerce and Industry organized an Exclusive Dialogue with Gurudev Sri Sri Ravi Shankar for Decision Makers and Thought Leaders on 20th December 2015 in Bengal Club.

A very niche audience of only the decision makers in the corporates was invited. Sri Sri Ravi Shankar connected with the audience and interacted with them on managing perpetual change which is intrinsic to decision making in today’s business. It was a unique experience learning from Sri Sri Ravi Shankar about the real role of executive leadership, which is not about driving people to change but creating an organizational environment that inspires the imagination and initiative that exists throughout the organization. The programme concluded with a half an hour meditation session.
