The Bengal Chamber of Commerce and Industry organized the State Budget (2015-16) Viewing Session on 27th February 2015 in the ITC Room of the Chamber. Mr. Ambarish Dasgupta, President Designate, BCC&I and Partner and Head Management Consulting & Eastern Regional Leader, KPMG; Mr. Pratip Kar, Former Executive Director, Securities and Exchange Board of India & Senior Advisor, Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu India Pvt. Ltd.; Mr. T.B. Chatterjee, Chairperson – Indirect Taxes Committee of BCC&I and Chief Corporate Officer, Legal and Corporate Affairs, DIC India Limited and members from the Indirect Taxes Committee attended the Session. The State Budget Viewing Session also included analysis of the budget and media interactions. The Chamber’s reaction to the Budget was telecast live in the media.
