Dr. Prabir Bagchi, Professor of Operations and Supply Chain Management, Department of Decision Sciences, School of Business, The George Washington University deliberated on 'Attracting and Nurturing Investment : Some Insightful Lessons – what Bengal Chamber can learn' at the Managing Committee meeting on 12th December, 2013. He also made a presentation on the above issue. The meeting was also attended by Dr. Krishna Gupta, IAS, Managing Director, West Bengal Industrial Development Corporation Limited (WBIDC).
