A team from Hong Kong Trade Development Council (HKTDC) met Mr. P Roy, Director General and Mr. Subhodip Ghosh, Deputy Director General of The Bengal Chamber to discuss possibilities of collaborations between the two organizations. The meeting was also attended by Ms. Angana Guha Roy Chowdhury, Assistant Director, The Bengal Chamber. From HKTDC the executives present were, Ms. Dannie Chiu, Regional Director, Southeast Asia and India; Mr. Rajesh Bhagat, Consultant; Mr. Sunny Chau, Regional Manager, Southeast Asia and India and Ms. Anushree S. Shetty, Deputy Manager, Special Promotions & Media.

The discussions included:

• Collaborations for investment in India (West Bengal/Eastern Region)

• Leading business delegation by BCC&I to the trade fairs organized by HKTDC in Hong Kong.

• Working on developing a platform for MSME Exchange.
