The MSME Development and Manufacturing Committee of BCC&I, in partnership with the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT, Kharagpur), organized a half day workshop on “Supply Chain Excellence through E-Business”, which was addressed by senior faculty member of IIT, Kharagpur. Senior representatives from MSMEs from the manufacturing and service sectors attended the workshop.
The objective of the workshop was to create awareness about E-Business for MSMEs i.e. introduction of the concept, about its tools and techniques, applications, etc. so that in the near future they could further develop and grow their respective business units by adopting and implementing E-Business solutions in their respective business domains. MSMEs from sectors like engineering, manufacturing, petrochemicals, chemicals, refractories, and others attended the workshop.
